The Getting Started checklist is a card on your dashboard home that tracks the setup tasks worth doing first. It shows a progress ring and the seven tasks, with a count of how many you have finished. While you are on your free trial, four of those tasks each add a bonus day to your trial when you complete them.

The card reads your account and ticks tasks off on its own. You do not check boxes by hand. Create a loyalty card and the “Create your first loyalty card” line goes green the next time the card loads. The two top tasks, creating your account and setting up your business details, are already done by the time you reach the dashboard, because the onboarding wizard handled them.

Where to find it

Open your dashboard home. The card sits at the top, above your metrics, for as long as you are on your trial or within your first 30 days. Once you finish every task, it disappears. The Quick Actions panel on the right opens the same setup tasks if you would rather start from there.

The seven tasks

  • Create your account: done during signup.
  • Set up your business details: done during onboarding.
  • Create your first loyalty card (+1 trial day): opens the card builder.
  • Generate a QR code (+1 trial day): opens your QR Codes page.
  • Invite a team member (+1 trial day): opens your Staff page.
  • Get your first member: no bonus. Completes when a customer joins your program.
  • Create a campaign (+1 trial day): opens the campaign builder.
“Get your first member” is the one task you cannot tick off yourself. It completes when a real customer scans your code or joins your loyalty program, which is why it carries no bonus day.

Earning bonus trial days

Four tasks each add one day to your trial. The day is not automatic. Once a task is done, a green Claim +1d button appears on that line. Tap it and the day is added to your trial end date, and the line then reads +1d earned. Each bonus can be claimed once.

Inviting a team member is another task that earns a bonus trial day.

Trial extensions are capped at seven days in total, so the four checklist days always fit. The bonus buttons only show while your trial is running. If you have already started a paid plan, you still see the checklist as a setup guide, but without the day rewards.
The Skip button and the X both dismiss the card for good. There is no setting to bring it back, so do not dismiss it until you have claimed the bonus days you want. Finishing all seven tasks also hides the card, which is normal.
