When you need one more branch or one more loyalty card, you don’t have to move up a whole plan to get it. The add-on store sells the extra capacity on its own. Go to Settings, open Billing, and pick the Add-ons tab.
Only the account owner can buy add-ons. Managers and staff with billing access see Contact Owner on every card instead of a purchase button.

Settings then Billing then the Add-ons tab. Each card is one add-on you can buy on top of your plan.

What each add-on gives you

Stamp cards and points programs share one loyalty card limit, so an Extra Loyalty Card slot works for either. Custom QR Branding is already included on Franchise, where the card reads Included in your plan.

One-time or monthly

Three of the add-ons bill every month for as long as you keep them: Extra Location, Extra Loyalty Card, and Custom QR Branding. The other three are single payments: an NFC Tag, a QR Batch, and an AI Insight Pack. Their credits sit on your account until you use them, and each AI insight run spends one. At zero credits Qtap tells you none are left and points you back here.

Each card shows which plans can buy it (1) and the button that starts checkout (2).

Buying an add-on opens a Stripe checkout page. Once the payment goes through, a recurring add-on raises the matching limit on the Overview tab. A one-time purchase doesn’t change any limit; it shows up on the same tab under Purchased Credits, as a count of the credits or tags you hold. Buy the same add-on again and the button changes to match, either Purchase Another or a running credit count.

Add-ons your plan can’t buy yet

Each card carries a badge for the plans it’s sold on. If your plan is below that, the button is greyed out and names what you’d need.

On a Growth account the AI Insight Pack is locked, and the button says which plan unlocks it.

During a free trial the whole store is locked and every button reads Subscribe first. Add-on purchases open up once you subscribe to a plan.

Buying from the page that needs it

Some add-ons also appear where you’d reach for them. Open QR Codes then Batch Generate without any batch credits and you get the pack sizes instead of the generator.
The Unlock Batch QR Code Generation screen showing 100, 500, 1,000 and 5,000 code packs

Batch Generate without credits shows the pack sizes you can buy.

This screen and the Add-ons tab list different prices for the 100-code pack, so check the amount on the checkout page before you pay. The 500, 1,000 and 5,000 code packs are not available: choosing one shows an error instead of a checkout page, and no credits are added. Buy the 100-code pack, and buy it again when you need more codes.
Elite and Franchise plans include batch generation, so neither plan sees this screen.

Checking and canceling what you bought

Recurring add-ons show up in an Active Add-ons card on the Overview tab, with the count of extra locations or cards you’re paying for. To stop paying for one, click Manage Subscription on the same tab and cancel it in the Stripe portal. When a recurring add-on ends, the capacity comes off your account: your location limit drops back toward your plan’s own limit, a card slot goes away, and custom QR branding switches off.
Canceling one of these lowers the limit, it doesn’t delete anything. Turn off the branch or card you no longer need first, or you’ll be over your limit.
