Under your business name, your merchant page carries a white strip with four cells: your category, your Google rating, a link to directions, and whether you are open right now. Three of them come from the Merchant Page editor. Customers see the same strip in the Qtap app.

Open the editor from Merchants → Edit Merchant, or go to dashboard.qtap.qa/merchant-page directly. The Google Maps listing field sits in the Merchant Profile card.

The Google Maps listing search (1) and the fallback rating slider (2) that covers for it.

The Fallback rating slider only appears while no listing is linked. Your page uses that number whenever Qtap has no Google rating stored for you. The cell is labelled “Google rating” either way, so keep the number you set honest.
A listing you pin counts only while you run a single branch. With two or more active branches, Qtap looks each branch up on its own, using the branch name and its map pin, and ignores the listing you pinned. Two shops of the same business rarely share a rating, which is why they are matched separately.
Qtap asks Google for your rating at most once a day and reuses the stored answer in between. Changing the linked listing clears that stored answer, so a correction takes effect straight away. Customers tap the rating cell to read the reviews Google holds. Qtap collects no reviews of its own.

The rating cell opens Ratings and reviews. With no listing linked, it shows the fallback number and no reviews.

Pick a category

Your category fills the first cell of the strip, with the icon that goes with it. There are eighteen to choose from, matching the list the Qtap app uses. A category saved before this list existed, such as “Beauty & Spa”, does not match any of them and shows as Other, so open the dropdown once and pick the closest fit.

Set the hours behind Open and Closed

Working Hours gives you a row per day with an opening time, a closing time, and a Closed toggle. For a late night, set a closing time earlier than the opening time: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM reads as open at one in the morning.

Customers see Open or Closed with a line such as “opens 9 AM” under it, and tapping the cell opens the whole week with today picked out.

Qtap saves hours against a branch. This editor loads the first of your active branches in alphabetical order, and your page reads the hours of one active branch. On a multi-branch account those can be two different branches, so set hours on every branch in Locations and check your page afterwards. If the branch your page picks has no hours saved, the Open cell does not appear at all.
