A public offer is a voucher sitting on your merchant page, waiting. A customer taps Claim, the voucher lands on their phone with a code, and they bring it to your counter. Campaigns work the other way round: you choose an audience and push a reward out to them. An offer waits to be picked up.

Where your offers live

Open Campaigns in the sidebar, then Public offers. The list shows every offer you have made, grouped by All, Active, Drafts and Ended.
The Public offers page listing four active offers

The offers list, with claim counts on every row.

Each row carries the card colour, the claim and redemption counts, and the end date. Pause takes an offer off your page without deleting it, and the three-dot menu holds Edit and Delete.

Building an offer

New offer opens a three-step form: Offer, Appearance, Review.

Step 1: the deal

The Voucher title is the headline customers read on the voucher. It fills in from the reward type you pick, and stays that way until you type over it. Write it in whatever language your customers read.
The reward type picker with seven options

Seven reward types. Custom voucher lets you write the whole thing yourself.

Bonus points and bonus stamps land on the customer’s balance the moment you redeem the voucher. A discount, a buy-one-get-one or a free item is something your staff hand over at the till, so Qtap records the redemption and leaves the rest to you.

Step 2: how it looks and who gets it

Pick any card colour. Qtap works out the text, badge and accent colours from how light or dark yours is, so the voucher stays readable whatever you choose.
The card colour control with a custom hex value

Type a hex code or use the picker. Anything works.

You can put your own photo behind the voucher. Upload a landscape 16:9 image of at least 1200x675 pixels as a JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10MB, and Qtap centre-crops it and tints it with your card colour. Use my page cover borrows the cover already on your merchant page.
The cover image upload buttons

Upload your own image, or reuse your merchant page cover.

The preview on the right is the real voucher, redrawn as you type.

A photo of your own shop, cropped and tinted to match the card colour.

Badge label rewrites the small tag in the corner, and the claim sheet takes up to three of your own terms, such as dine-in only or one per table. Both accept any language. Then choose who can pick the offer up.
The two audience options

Open to everyone, or only to customers who joined your program.

An offer set to everyone appears on your public merchant page. A members-only offer shows up in the app for customers who already joined you. The same step sets the rules. Voucher valid for starts a clock the moment a customer claims, at one hour, two hours, one day, or until the offer ends. Total claims available caps the whole offer. How often can each customer claim sets the repeat rhythm.
The claim frequency dropdown showing five options

Five repeat settings, from a single claim to no limit at all.

Repeats unlock only after a customer uses a voucher. One they are still holding blocks a new claim until it expires, so nobody stockpiles.
Feature on app Home puts an offer in the app’s home banner. That one is part of the Franchise package, so email support@qtap.qa if you want it. Announce this offer sends a single push when the offer goes live, on any plan.

Step 3: review and publish

The review step listing every setting, with Save draft and Publish offer

Save draft keeps it off your page. Publish offer puts it live.

What a claim does

Claiming mints a voucher with an eight-digit code and adds that customer to your program if they were not already in it. The voucher expires at whichever comes first, your end date or the claim window, and Qtap sweeps expired ones every hour so your counts stay honest. Your staff redeem the code the same way they redeem any reward, by typing it in or scanning it on the Redemptions page.
Once a customer has claimed, the deal is locked. The reward, its value and the title stop being editable, the end date only moves later, and the claim limit cannot drop below the number already claimed. Colours, cover, badge and audience stay open. To run a different deal, end this offer and make a new one.

Who can set offers up

Owners and managers. Staff have no campaigns access by default, so they never see the offers page, though they can still redeem the vouchers customers bring in. See Roles and permissions to change that.
