The two sides
The program runs on two sides. On the merchant side, you create a loyalty program, generate QR codes for your locations, configure rewards, and send automated campaigns to your members. Everything runs from dashboard.qtap.qa. On the customer side, members download the Qtap app, scan your QR code to join your program, and earn stamps or points on each visit or purchase. When they hit your reward threshold, they redeem at your counter.
Two loyalty types
Qtap supports two program structures. You choose one when you set up your account. Stamp cards give customers one stamp per visit or transaction. When they reach your stamp goal, they earn a reward. Cafes, barbershops, and salons tend to use this because transaction sizes are consistent. Points programs convert purchase amounts into points. Customers accumulate points over time and redeem them for rewards. Restaurants and retail shops tend to use this because customers spend different amounts each visit.
Who it works for
Qtap is for businesses in Qatar with regular, returning customers. Coffee shops, restaurants, salons, barbershops, gyms, and retail shops get the most use from it. The program is less useful for businesses where customers only visit once. Multi-location businesses manage all branches from one account. Each location gets its own QR code, and member activity is tracked across all of them.
Plans

All plans include QR code generation, the Qtap customer app, campaign automation, and analytics. You can upgrade at any time from Settings → Billing.
QR codes and NFC
Customers earn stamps or points by scanning a QR code or tapping an NFC tag. You generate QR codes from the QR Codes section of the dashboard and display them at each location.
